Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 oz.) package of powdered sugar
  • 6 TBS. butter (3/4 stick) softened
  • 3 TBS. milk or half and half
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract.

Mix all ingredients at medium speed until smooth. Add more milk or half and half if needed. Frosting should be smooth and easy to spread.
