Gun Powder Chicken

Ingredients:
· 4 cups cooked rice
· 4 chicken breasts diced
· 2 cans cream of chicken
· 2 cups plain yogurt
· 2 pkgs. Ritz crakers
· 1 Tbs. poppy seeds
· 1 cube melted butter
Directions:
Place rice and chicken in a casserole dish. Mix cream of
cream of chicken with yogurt and
pour over the chicken and rice.
Crumble the ritz crackers over the
mixture. Pour melted butter on
top of the crackers and sprinkle
the poppy seeds on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
