Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
6-8 chicken breasts or tenderloins
2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. ketchup
2 tsp. soy sauce
juice from 1 fresh lemon

Directions:
Place chicken in a casserole dish. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve over rice.
