Ingredients:
- 3 c. chopped romaine
 - 1 c. chopped napa cabbage
 - 1 c. chopped red cabbage
 - 1/2 of a shredded carrot
 - 1 green onion sliced
 - 1 T. toasted and sliced almonds (optional)
 - 1/3 c. chow mein noodles
 
Chicken:
- 1-2 large chicken breasts (sliced)
 - 1 egg
 - 1/2 c. milk
 - 1/2 c. flour
 - 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
 - 1 t. salt
 - 1/4 t. pepper
 - 1-2 c. oil
 - (dip chicken in wet mixture , then in dry mixture;then fry in oil)
 
Dressing:
- 3 T. honey
 - 1 1/2 T. vinegar
 - 4 t. mayo
 - 1 T. Grey Poupon Mustard
 - 1/8 t. sesame oil(mix and chill)
